Outrageous Desserts

We have more than 20 fancy desserts on our menu that are outrageously sinful. And most make great wedding cakes. Every one of our desserts is now available in miniature 4" size for individual servings. Great for dinner parties and black tie galas.

Pictured are two of my favorites. Front (and slightly off center), is my signature dessert called a "Chocolate Bomb". A moist dark chocolate cake split and filled with a whipped chocolate buttercream and smothered in dark chocolate curls. In the background is my "Cassatta," a rich butter cake filled with homemade custard, iced in whipped cream and finished with fresh strawberries and white chocolate curls. Order early!!! We accept our clients on a first come first serve basis.
